Public consultation on our Draft Proposals for improved access on this stretch of coast closed at 5pm on Friday 9 November 2012.

We are currently considering the comments we received during the public consultation. We may contact people during this period to discuss the comments or to explore any changes to our proposals which may be necessary as a result.

Next steps

We expect to publish the report on this website in summer 2013.

Representations and objections

We will invite people to make formal representations and objections to us about the report when it is published. The period for making representations and objections will last for 8 weeks. The Secretary of State will make a decision on the report when all the representations and objections have been considered.
