Uplands Transitional Payment
The Uplands Transitional Payment is available to farmers who are not yet able to benefit from Uplands ELS because you have an existing Countryside Stewardship Scheme (CSS) or Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) agreement. It is claimed on the Single Payment Scheme form.
